How it works

You eat. You log. You learn.

Social feeds are too risky. Calorie counters are too shallow. DNA kits are too unpredictable. Deep Nutrition starts from the only data that is truly yours: what you actually eat.

Step 1

Log a meal in seconds

Search a Gulf-curated food database, scan a barcode or snap a photo of your plate, then choose a portion range.

Step 2

We analyze what's inside

Each meal is broken down into macros, 29 vitamins and minerals, carb and fat quality and caffeine, then checked against your targets and upper limits.

Step 3

You get clear next steps

See your scores and the few foods that would help most. Guidance, not guilt: we tell you what to add, never what you did wrong.

How scoring works

Enough is good. Too much isn't.

Most apps reward you for hitting a target and stop there. DN scores the whole range: your score climbs as you approach your Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA), peaks around the Daily Value (DV), and drops once you pass the Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL).

Targets set for you

Your targets adjust to your age, sex and activity, and to habits like smoking, which raises vitamin C needs by 35 mg a day.

Interactions and timing

DN accounts for nutrients that compete, like high-dose zinc and copper, and for when you eat across the day.

Sources you can check

Our guidance draws on 214 references, from the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements to peer-reviewed journals, and every recommendation shows its sources.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can't find what you need? Contact support

Why do my scores take 7 days to appear?

Scores need about a week of real logging to reflect your habits rather than one unusual day. Until then you'll see calories, macros and daily guidance.

Does Deep Nutrition know Arabic and Gulf dishes?

Yes. Search checks our Gulf-curated database first, then trusted global food databases for packaged foods and barcodes.

What's the difference between Premium and Professional?

Premium adds AI food scanning, micronutrients, hydration, caffeine, fasting, weekly scores and monthly reports. Professional adds scores for nine body systems, deficiency and excess alerts, dietary trends and organ-specific food recommendations.

Can I use DN while fasting in Ramadan?

Yes. Pick the Ramadan 14:10 plan or set your own window, and DN follows your eating and fasting hours.

Is Deep Nutrition medical advice?

No. DN gives general nutrition guidance based on published research and shows its sources. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, so talk to your doctor about medical concerns.

Your body is complex. Your nutrition app doesn't have to be.
